Don't be Caught and Reeled in by the Cabo Barkers or spend a half-day at some high pressure Time-Share seminar just to be thrown two bags of ice and shoved off in a boat not fit for your swimming pool. Know whom you're fishing with, when you're fishing and the quality of the boat and equipment before you go. Your vacation is valuable time, don't spend it shopping for a boat just to find the one you wanted is not available.
RESERVATIONS / CANCELLATION POLICY
RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
The deposit amount varies by boat, please see boat prices for deposit amount. This deposit can be made using either a major credit card or Paypal. In either case we require your credit card number for verification purposes.
Once a deposit is received, a confirmation of your reservation with the amount of the balance due, your receipt and contact instructions will be emailed to you
Note: Refunds for the "deposit" are paid with a non-transferable Vouchers that is valid for two years from date of issuance. (deposits range from $40/$75 depending on boat)
BALANCE DUE:
The balance is due upon your arrival in Cabo. The contact info for paying the balance will be included in your confirmation.
In Cabo we would Appreciate Travelers Checks or Cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations 30 days prior to fishing date receive full refund, less than two weeks prior fishing date are
Charged 1/2 of charter. Cancellations less than 7 days are charged in full. Cancellations

No shows are charged in full.
CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS:
Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to your reservation concerning number of fishing days or number of persons fishing. We will do everything possible to accommodate you even if it means placing you with another Charter company.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER:
It is rare that the weather here is such that it is not safe for fishing. We average 5/7 days per year when the port is closed for small vessels leaving. This is determined by the Port Captain on a day to day bases. This is most likely to occur during the months September and October. If this happens you will be given a non transferable voucher for the "deposit" portion and will not be charged for the remainder. Don't fish, don't pay is our policy.
